todae, went to the police Heritage centre to watch n view the history of singapore police force , also saw in the gallery saw 122 names of police officers who had died while in their line of duty . the ranks of this police officers are CPL,SGT,SSGT,SI .some of those date back in the late 19th century n early 20 th century . 19 were excuted by facking japanese soldiers during world war 2 , another 2 died in a shooting by their NS friend while they are in a police marine speedboat .sadly ,one of the killed policeman in the police marine speedboat whom body was thrown aboard to the sea was never recovered up till today .another 4 one a policewoman was killed in a car accident, the other a policeman stabbed to death by secret societies . the 3rd one was shot by gunmen . the 4th one was axed to death by a criminal when the police officer is tooking down some information .the police force go through alot of logo in the past . todae the one we saw is the number 5th logo . next we proceeded to a gallery at the 3rd floor to see the items n things police officers use in the past to prevent crimes,eating their meals,radio broadcasting n to direct traffic . we also saw some weapons n prayer done in the secret societies . we also saw a real human skull from a gangster who was killed by police in a crossfire on 5 Aug 1965 .we also saw two different types of police cars ,weapons used by police ,item used in riots .
