   it a longtime ....... since my last Lift post . today my blk Exist Lift A,B had been shut down for 3 mths & 5 days . some works had already started & completed . the commence of wall hacking at typical storeys was schedule to start on 16 nov - 11 Dec 09 but it started on 19 nov & ended on 23 nov 09 . u tink it quick ? NO!!!!!!!!!! u r wrong . the Exist Lifts had been shut down for 1 mth & 24 days and left there to rot . come 28 nov . the day the Exist Lift A Lift car door was PERMANENTLY open for unloading of hacked wall debris using the Lift Car as the debris are made out from concrete it too heavy to carry it . then follow by removal of old wall tiles at the exist lift area only and hacking of 1st floor divder wall separating the Exist Lift A & B . next step DISMANTLING OF EXIST LIFT A,B LIFT SYSTEMS. starting with Exist Lift B then to Exist Lift A . then the Exist Lift shaft in Empty . currently nw . the work scheduled are hack of motor room concrete slab for a bigger opening for the New Lift cables & hack of 4 holes on the roof ,wall & 1 hole on the wall for New wall slab construction . a godola or rope car is set up outside the exterior wall of the exist Lift shaft for a assistant in New wall slab constuction ..... i bet u dun understand the whole work progress ... 1) divider wall at 1st floor separating the Exist Lift A,B demolished (bottom) 2) Exist Lift A Lift Car at 1st floor with doors permanently open & car lights off ( bottom 2nd)
3) Exist Lift B entrance opening at 11th storey after outer door & door frame dismantled ( bottom 3rd) 4) Exist Lift B 11th floor Dismantled door frame
